On Saturday 9th November in the Perth Concert Hall, Perth Symphony Orchestra will feature Ben Norris, a former leader of Perth Youth Orchestra, now a professional musician. Ben will perform the Brahms Violin Concerto – one of the most difficult violin concertos in the repertoire.

PSO’s leader, Mrs Lorna McGovern said, “I am sure many of Perth and Kinross’ young musicians will be inspired by Ben’s virtuoso performance – they are most welcome to come along.”

“The concert is free for any children under 16 with an accompanied paying adult. The orchestra will also be performing a short Mozart Overture and the 2nd half comprises of the Mendelssohn Scottish Symphony.”

“I am sure will be inspired by Ben’s virtuoso performance.”
