Our Concerto Auditions are taking place this year on Tuesday 1 March at 7pm at the Perth Music Centre, North Inch Community Campus, Gowans Terrace, Perth.

Concerto Auditions – Tuesday 1 March 2016 at 7.00pm

All Instrumental Music Staff will also have these forms but there may be private pupils who attend Central Groups who wish to apply.
The groups that can provide accompaniments are as follows:
Perth Youth Orchestra (two soloists)
String Orchestra **
Wind Band
Brass Band
Please check that the piece being presented is in fact possible with the nominated orchestra/ensemble. Pieces should consist of one movement or two short movements or short piece for solo and ensemble accompaniment. Soloists should provide their own accompanist (ideally the proposed piece should be discussed with the Conductor of the accompanying ensemble).
**Please note that the soloist performing with the Senior String Orchestra will perform at the 3rd Music Camp taking place 5-9 June 2016 with the concert on Friday 10 June.
